Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store appearance and stock through truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Support store recovery, in-stock optimization, and shrink/safety programs.
