Job summary

Michaels in Cedar Hill, TX, is seeking store team members to help customers, stock shelves, and process transactions. You’ll assist shoppers, enroll Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel pickup and shipping from store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and go-back processes for in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; positive team presence.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
