Job summary

Michaels in Bangor, ME is seeking a store team member to help customers, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, restocking, and the frame shop, maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store to meet brand promises. Regular shifts include nights and weekends with standing and lifting involved.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete go-back and return processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
