Job summary

Michaels SEABROOK, NH store is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring fast checkout and accurate cash handling.

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in-stock merchandise and promote the Rewards program. Flexible scheduling for nights, weekends, and early mornings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and handle returns.
