Job summary

The Michaels Companies store in Biddeford, ME is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will handle unloading, stocking, and planograms, while supporting omni-channel processes and rewards enrollments.

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience and process cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in-stock shelves.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments and promote VOC surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store maintenance, shrink and safety programs, and SOP compliance.
