Job summary

Michaels in Bangor, ME is seeking a part-time team member to help customers find framing solutions and complete orders with care. You will assist shoppers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and support Omni channel processes to ensure a well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, maintaining the framing department, and delivering friendly service while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and locate products in-store.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
