Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store programs.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs.
