Michaels is hiring for a store role in Texas. You will help customers shop and locate products, provide a fast checkout with proper cash handling, and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

You will support omnichannel operations like BOPIS and Ship From Store, assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, and help maintain in-stock, well-merchandised shelves. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with physical requirements including

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates; be a role model.
