Job summary

Michaels Sherman, TX store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes omni-channel duties (BOPIS, SFS), truck unloading, stock replenishment, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enrolling customers in Private Label Credit Cards, and upholding safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain well-merchandised and in-stock store; complete merchandise recovery and returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Interact with customers professionally and model company values
• Other duties as assigned
