Job summary

Hope Network in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Resource Navigator for seasonal full-time work. You will conduct referral screenings, orientations, and required assessments to help participants build independence and employment opportunities.

You’ll maintain records, facilitate trainings, and provide guidance to connect people with healthcare, housing, food, education, and jobs. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in human services, workforce development, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of employment practices, community resources, and social service systems; experience with caseload management and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct referral eligibility screenings, intakes, orientations, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate participant records and progress reports.
• Facilitate training classes and group sessions.
• Provide guidance and referrals to connect participants with community resources.
