The Diocese Of Saint Petersburg seeks a Resource Navigator to guide individuals and families toward stability by helping access public benefits, identify documents, and connect with financial assistance programs. You will provide personalized navigation and follow-up support to move clients beyond crisis toward long-term self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, offering information and referrals, assisting with action plans, and following up to monitor progress.
Reports To: Financial Assistance and Resource Manager
$20/hour; In-Person
Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Tuesdays: 2pm — 7pm; Wednesdays: 2pm – 7pm; Saturdays: 9am – Ipm
