Job summary

American Girl, a Mattel subsidiary, is seeking Seasonal Retail Service Agents for peak season support from September through early January. This fully remote role requires working from a Wisconsin or Illinois home, completing up to 10 days of virtual training, and maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

You will help customers with purchases, reservations, and inquiries via phone and email, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, consumer services, retail support, or similar.
• Must attend mandatory virtual training for up to 10 days (25–40 hours/week).
• Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois and work from home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, reservations, orders, and service-related concerns.
• Strive for first-contact resolution.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Safeguard confidential customer and payment information.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store teams.
