Job summary

American Girl, a subsidiary of Mattel, seeks Seasonal Retail Service Agents to support our peak season from September through January. This fully remote, work-from-home role requires Wisconsin or Illinois residency and involves helping customers via phone and email with purchases, reservations, and product inquiries.

A 10-day virtual training is mandatory, followed by 4–20 hours per week with potential expansion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in call center or retail support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong people skills.
• Must be able to attend mandatory virtual training for up to 10 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, orders, and service-related concerns.

• Document interactions accurately in company systems and protect confidential information.
