Job summary

American Girl, a Mattel subsidiary, is hiring Seasonal Retail Service Agents for a remote, work-from-home role from September through January. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues, and process orders while protecting confidential information.

Training is mandatory for up to 10 days, with a 25–40 hour weekly schedule. After training, expect 4–20 hours weekly with some peak-season flexibility. High school diploma and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, in call center or retail support.
• Must be able to attend up to 10 days of mandatory virtual training.
• Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois and work from home address.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Assist customers with retail experiences, product inquiries, purchases, reservations, and service issues.
• Strive for first-contact resolution and document interactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of American Girl products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to confidential handling of customer and payment data.
