Job summary

American Girl, a subsidiary of Mattel, is seeking Seasonal Direct Service Agents to support our peak business season from September through early January. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position.

Team members must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois, and equipment will be provided by the Company. As a Seasonal Direct Service Agent, you will assist catalog and online customers through phone and email, resolve inquiries, and process transactions while aiming for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be available for the full seasonal period (Sept–Dec) with possible weekend shifts.
Ability to work remotely from a designated home address.
Attend mandatory virtual training up to 10 days.
Training schedule 25–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Able to work 4–20 hours per week after training.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Mattel and American Girl standards.
Assist catalog and online customers via phone and email.
Resolve inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and payments.
Process transactions accurately using established systems.
Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and services across brands.
Document customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
