This fully remote, work-from-home position requires residency in Wisconsin or Illinois, with mandatory virtual training and a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be available for the full seasonal assignment period (Sept–Dec).
• Able to work remotely from a designated home address in a professional environment.
• Must attend mandatory virtual training up to 10 days (25–40 hours/week).
• Training schedule may vary (Mon–Fri, 8:30–16:30 or 17:00–22:00 CDT).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Mattel and American Girl standards.
• Support catalog and online customers via phone calls, email, and other channels.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, payment, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution when possible.
• Process customer transactions accurately using established systems.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, policies across brands.
