Job summary

Mattel, Inc. and American Girl invite applications for Seasonal Direct Service Agent roles to support peak shopping season. This fully remote, work-from-home position requires labor during the September–December period and resides in Wisconsin or Illinois.

You will handle calls and emails, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service across brands. Training is mandatory, with up to 10 days of sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to work the full seasonal assignment period (Sept–Dec).
• Must be able to work remotely from a designated home address in Wisconsin or Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Mattel and American Girl service standards.
• Support catalog and online customers via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, payment, and service inquiries to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Process customer transactions accurately using established systems.
• Maintain understanding of products, promotions, policies across brands.
• Document interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in customer interactions and escalations.
• Assist with training and support for seasonal team members.
• Meet departmental quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
