This fully remote, temporary role serves holiday demand and requires residence in Wisconsin or Illinois with mandatory virtual training before starting. As a Seasonal Direct Service Agent, you will assist catalog and online customers by phone and email, handle inquiries, process transactions, and strive for first-contact resolution while upholding brand service

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 30 WPM or 880 keystrokes per minute.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and web browsers.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Mattel and American Girl standards.
• Assist catalog and online customers via phone and email.
• Resolve inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and payments, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Process customer transactions accurately using established systems.
• Document interactions and transactions in company systems.
