Arc’teryx is seeking a Part-time Product Guide in Edina, MN. You will serve as a brand ambassador on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional guest experience by sharing technical product knowledge and solving problems.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership, support merchandising initiatives, and help drive sales while enjoying the outdoors and living the Arc’teryx ethos. You are passionate about customer service, adaptable to changing needs, and motivated to grow professionally.

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through product knowledge and problem solving.

• Support store leadership on brand initiatives and projects.
• Assist with merchandising feedback and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Handle store communications and POS transactions including warranties and returns.
