Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experiences to guests with technical product knowledge.
• Weave product information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions and contribute to store projects and initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones, respond to voicemails/emails, and monitor social channels when needed.
• Process guest transactions via POS, including warranties and returns.
