Arc’teryx is seeking a part-time Product Guide to deliver an unforgettable guest experience on the Denver retail floor. You’ll share technical product knowledge, solve problems, and weave product details into interactions, while championing the brand in-store and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving.
• Build strong product understanding and weave information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop personal and professional passions with team support.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with teammates and leadership.
• Participate in store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones and respond to voicemails/emails; may include social media responses.
• Process guest transactions via POS, including warranties, trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Receive/unpack inventory; boxes weigh 5–30 lbs.
