Arc’teryx in Edina, MN is seeking a Part-time Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class guest experience by sharing technical product knowledge and solving problems.

You’ll build product understanding, weave insights into conversations, and champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community while collaborating with the leadership team on projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience by sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build strong understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experiences to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones and respond to voicemails/emails; manage Epicenter social channels when needed.
• Utilize POS to process guest transactions including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Receive and unpack boxes for inventory (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs).
