You will collaborate with store leadership on projects, contribute to merchandising, and help elevate the guest experience. The role requires flexibility for peak shopping periods, weekend availability, and a passion for getting outside.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving.
• Build a strong understanding of our products and weave this information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support elevating the guest experience by collaborating with leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide merchandising feedback to improve in-store experience and drive sales.
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with the team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer store phones, voicemails, and emails; occasionally respond on Epicenter social channels.
• Utilize POS to process transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Receive and unpack inventory as needed (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs).
