Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Understand products and integrate information into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Process guest transactions using the POS system, including returns and warranties.
• Assist with inventory and store tasks as needed.
• Respond to store communications and social channels when required.
