Job summary

Journeys in Nashville is seeking Seasonal Phone Support Representatives to handle inbound calls, assist with orders and tracking, and provide product information. This contracted role may lead to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

You will document notes, process orders, and securely handle payments while representing the Journeys brand with professionalism and courtesy. Training is paid, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English grammar and syntax.
• Ability to connect with customers and respond effectively to their needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Ability to quickly learn, assess issues, and provide clear solutions.
• Professionalism in handling and de-escalating conflicts.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week in CST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with orders, tracking, updates, and cancellations.
• Access customer accounts, document notes, process orders, and handle payments securely.
• Represent Journeys brand and build customer loyalty through personalized interactions.
• Meet attendance requirements and KPIs to maintain high service standards.
• Protect customer data following company policies and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.
