Job summary

Journeys in Nashville is hiring Seasonal Phone Support Representatives to handle inbound customer calls, assist with order placements, tracking, updates, and product information. This contracted role may transition to permanent employment based on performance.

You will deliver friendly, accurate service, maintain data integrity, and act as a brand ambassador while meeting attendance and KPI standards. Training is paid and you’ll receive weekly pay with a perfect attendance bonus possibility.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay organized and accurately document customer interactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with orders, tracking, updates, and cancellations.
• Provide detailed product and website information to customers.
• Access customer accounts, document notes, process orders, and securely handle payments.
• Represent Journeys brand and build customer loyalty.
• Meet attendance and KPI standards and maintain service quality.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
