Journeys Group is seeking Seasonal Chat Support Representatives for a 90-day contracted, work-from-home role with potential for permanent employment based on performance. The position is remote with Tennessee residency requirements and CST-based shifts.

You will handle inbound customer chats, texts, and emails—assisting with order information, tracking, updates, cancellations, and providing detailed information about our products on the Journeys website.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly CST schedule.
