• Completes pre-registration and full registration for families.
• Verifies eligibility information for patients and families.
• Obtains consents and related forms, and enters data into Epic.
• Queries MyChart and Care Everywhere, uses EpicCare Link as needed.
• Collects payments and explains estimates, copays, and balances.
• Prints and distributes intake forms; manages patient labeling and documentation.
• Schedules appointments (new, return, same-day, ancillary).
• Coordinates with staff to support patient flow and communication.
