Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Auburn Hills, MI to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, cashiering, and promotion of the store's membership program, helping achieve KPIs and maintain store standards.

A High school diploma and 1+ years as a keyholder or shift leader are required; associate degree is preferred; this role offers an energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Retail experience and basic knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Assist daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and uphold company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to drive business objectives.
