MINISO USA in Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales, manage cash handling, stock, and merchandising while promoting the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, clean store, opening/closing duties, and teamwork to create an energetic environment that supports KPI targets and memorable shopping experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder or shift leader in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
