Job summary

Michaels is looking for team members to deliver friendly customer service in-store, help customers locate products, and ensure fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, and supporting store recovery and safety programs. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain stock and assist with truck unloading and planograms.
