Job summary

Michaels in Framingham, MA is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout. You will handle truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and keep the floor well merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and upholding SOPs while delivering great customer service. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and availability for nights,

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as part of merchandise handling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Maintain merchandise recovery and store integrity, including go-back/return processes.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs; uphold SOPs and company policies.
