Job summary

Natural Life is seeking a Seasonal IT Help Desk Technician to support our warehouse team during the busy October–December period. This on-site role at Vantage Way warehouse involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and serving as the go-to tech resource for warehouse associates.

You'll set up and configure computers and printers to spec, maintain preventive maintenance logs, and help with day-to-day tech needs.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse or hands-on tech support experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Available to work on-site at our Vantage Way warehouse, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Maintain preventive maintenance logs to keep systems running smoothly.
