Job summary

Natural Life is seeking a seasonal IT Help Desk Technician to support our warehouse team during peak season. The role is on-site at the Vantage Way warehouse in Jacksonville, FL, with a 6:00am–2:00pm Monday–Friday schedule from October through December.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and serve as the go-to tech resource for warehouse associates. Ideal candidates have a two-year degree or equivalent experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to stay calm

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site availability Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Set up and configure computers and printers to spec.
• Maintain preventive maintenance logs to keep systems running smoothly.
• Support warehouse associates with day-to-day tech needs.
• Keep cables, equipment, and workstations organized and ready to go.
