Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier client service in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Support the sales team with selling processes and stock management.
• Organize workstation and selling floor, ensuring items are stocked and merchandised.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter responsibilities.
• Log repairs and communicate with clients for after-sales support.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain professional customer interactions.
