Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of client service in Hermès standard of service (greeting, assistance, wrapping/packaging).
• Support sales team with selling process (hangs, returns to floor, stock retrieval, stock room prep).
• Organize workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked and merchandise standards are maintained.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas as needed (log repairs, contact clients, maintain records).
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, appropriate customer service.
