Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients per Hermès standard of service.
• Support the sales team with selling process; prepare stock and organize floor.
• Maintain merchandise standards on selling floor and stockroom.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Log repairs and communicate with clients in After Sales areas.
• Answer phones in a timely manner with friendly customer service.
