Job summary

Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the flagship boutique. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st.

You will assist clients, support the sales team, organize stock, and help with after-sales activities while maintaining Hermès service standards. The position requires strong communication, customer service orientation, detail focus, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service orientation, and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• In-person presence at a Hermès location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service per Hermès standards: greeting, assist, and wrap/pack merchandise.
• Support selling process: hanging, returning merchandise, stock retrieval, and stock room prep.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain stock and merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
