Hermès Topanga Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, with responsibilities spanning client service, stock handling, and collaboration with the sales team.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on-site at the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients per Hermès standards (greeting, assistance, wrapping/packaging).
• Support sales team with selling process (hanging/returning merchandise, stocking, stock room prep).
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and availability.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
