Job summary

Hermès Paris is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate at the Beverly Hills flagship to provide clerical support for front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role begins in November and runs through December 31, assisting the sales team, organizing stock, and ensuring exceptional client service while supporting various guest services and after-sales tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service with greeting, assistance, and packaging.
• Support sales process; hang/return merchandise, retrieve stock, stock room prep.
• Organize workstation and selling floor, keep merchandise stocked.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Help with After Sales tasks: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
