The Hermès Short Hills Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations and to assist the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Beginning in November and running through December 31st, this in-store role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle multiple tasks with grace.

Aufgaben

• Consistently provide high levels of service to clients within Hermès standard of service: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and the like) are stocked at all times, maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support of After Sales areas as needed. Logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintain active records.
• Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.
