Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in Hermès luxury environment.
• Support the sales team with selling process: hang/return stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
