Hermès Paris is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate at our Topanga Boutique. The role provides clerical support for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment and collaborates with the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.

The position runs from November through December 31st, with duties including helping with stocking, merchandising, and client service support. Regular in-person work at the designated location is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support sales; ensure items are stocked and merchandising standards maintained.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
