Hermès Nashville seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the boutique. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, stock handling, and floor maintenance to support a fast-paced luxury environment.

The candidate will assist sales teams, support after-sales tasks, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism. This temporary position runs from November through December 31st.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high levels of service to clients in Hermès standard of service (greeting, assist, wrap/pack).
• Support sales process: hang merchandise, return to floor, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and stock levels.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales with repairs, client contact, and records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
