Job summary

Hermès Maison Madison boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role involves front- and back-of-house clerical tasks, wrapping and packaging, and helping maintain pristine selling floors.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, handling stock movement, keeping workspaces organized, and supporting concierge and after-sales activities.

• Ability to lift 0–25 pounds and work in person at the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, as well as After Sales tasks.
• Log repairs, contact clients, maintain active records, and answer phones promptly and courteously.
