Job summary

Hermès is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for our Illinois boutique. The role provides clerical support for front and back of house operations and partners with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Position begins in November and runs through December 31st. Candidates should display strong communication, exceptional customer service, and solid organizational skills to maintain selling floor standards and assist with after-sales

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to lift 0–25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with selling process and stock handling.
• Maintain organized workstation and selling floor, ensure merchandise is stocked and presentable.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales activities including repairs logging and client communications.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
