The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, with responsibilities across sales support, client service, and after-sales activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury environment.
• Support sales team with selling process (hang/return stock, organize stock room).
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards (stock, straightening).
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
