Hermès Houston Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31, with duties including stocking, merchandising, and assisting client service teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, excellent customer service, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Support selling process: hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor standards, stocking items and organizing.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, keep active records.
• Answer phones in a timely and courteous manner.
