Job summary

Hermès Austin Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide front and back of house clerical support in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, with duties including stocking, merchandising support, stock retrieval, and preparation of stock room to aid the sales team.

Key responsibilities include delivering exemplary client service, assisting with post-sale activities, phone coverage, and maintaining selling floor

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service in a luxury retail environment, greeting clients and assisting with questions and packaging.
• Support the sales team with selling processes, stock handling, and floor replenishment.
• Organize workstation and selling floor, ensuring bags, boxes, ribbons and related materials are stocked.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
