Job summary

Hermès Atlanta Boutique seeks a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations, enabling exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. Reports to store management and collaborates with sales and selling support teams.

The role runs from November through December 31st, with duties including greeting clients, assisting with wrapping, stocking, stockroom preparation, answering phones, and supporting After Sales

Qualifications

• Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort; ensure stock of bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and similar items.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support of After Sales areas as needed: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining active records.
• Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.
